About

The Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) validates advanced expertise in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Check Point Quantum Security Environments. Released in multiple revisions (R80.x, R81.x, R82), the R82 version is current as of May 2026. Prerequisite is active or expired CCSA certification. The exam is typically delivered as a three-day instructor-led course followed by proctored exam. CCSE is the primary expert-level credential in the Check Point path and serves as a prerequisite for advancing to CCSM (master level) via specialty accreditations.
